Terms & Conditions

Please read all terms before registering. By registering, participants are deemed to agree to the following terms.

1

General

  • 1.1Participants must be in good health and are responsible for their own health condition.
  • 1.2Participants must wear the BIB number on the front during the race.
  • 1.3Participants must follow the official route and instructions from the committee / marshals.

Registration

  • 2.1Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • 2.2Registration data must be filled in correctly; data errors are the participant's responsibility.
  • 2.3Group registration can be made through Indah Chelsea (0852-6370-1289).

Ticket Transfer

  • 3.1Tickets can be transferred to another person with a stamped power of attorney.
  • 3.2The power of attorney must include ID copies of both the giver and the receiver.
  • 3.3Ticket transfers must be made at least 7 days before race day.

Race Pack

  • 4.1Race packs can only be collected during the set schedule with proof of registration and ID.
  • 4.2Collection by a representative requires a power of attorney.
  • 4.3Uncollected race packs are considered forfeited.

Prizes & Lucky Draw

  • 5.1There are no winner categories (podium). Awards: Best Costume, Youngest Runner, and Oldest Runner.
  • 5.2Lucky draw only applies to participants present at the draw.
  • 5.3Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize tax is borne by the winner.

Others

  • 6.1The committee may change the terms at any time with notice through official channels.
  • 6.2By taking part, participants agree to photo/video documentation being used for publication.
  • 6.3The committee's decisions are final and cannot be contested.
